At SPADES eBikes, quality and assurance means everything to us. That’s why we proudly stand behind all our products with our 2 year warranty*.

Any warranty claim or inquiries should be directed to our dedicated claims page for thorough assessment and swift resolution. To initiate your warranty request with us, please fill out our online form here as this will help our team to organise, assess and respond to your case in an informed and prompt manner.

Should any original component prove defective in terms of workmanship within its warranty period, we will repair or replace it. Warranty coverage for all SPADES eBikes is as follows:

  • PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED
  • In a rare case that a fault happens, we will, as far as reasonably possible, take action to solve the problem promptly. Please note during such a scenario, we require the customer’s co-operation to be able to effectively detect, investigate and solve the issue.
  • Claims under this warranty must be made directly to the seller via email or via submitting a Warranty Claim via the SPADES eBikes website.
  • The buyer is required to provide photos and/or videos of the fault. Moreover, the buyer should perform troubleshooting steps, which might be in some cases a little technical, as requested by the seller.
  • The seller will assess the claim and determine whether a fault is covered under warranty or not. The decision by SPADES eBikes or other authorised party should be abided by both parties. Where the cause of a fault cannot be reasonably determined, we will bear the cost of replacement/repair in the favour of the customer.
  • We might send you replacement parts such as but not limited to battery, motor, LCD, etc. to swap and test and return the defective one.
  • Customers require to understand some level of technical knowledge or have tools required to recover their system remotely and safely with our assistance.
  • This warranty is just limited to repairing or replacing the defective part(s) free of charge. This warranty does not include transportation charges. Delivery of any returns, exchange or repairs of the defective product or parts to and from our facility and any third-party service charges (e.g. charges for installing the replacement part in a third-party bike store) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Manufacturers faults, defects and/or failure
  • SPADES eBike frame 2 years 
  • Electrical components 1 year 
  • To be eligible you must be the original purchaser as listed on the receipt and lodge your claim within the valid warranty period from the date of receipt.
  • SPADES eBikes takes customer safety seriously and with this in mind we hereby declare that any modification, alterations, and installation of parts that are not SPADES ebike parts or supplied as original equipment by the manufacturer are not covered by warranty.
  • SPADES eBikes will void any product warranty immediately and not take any responsibilities for any problems arising from modifications, alterations, or aftermarket replacement on the following parts (including but not limited to): battery, motor, controller, throttle, transmission system, suspension systems and braking systems, etc.
  • Such modifications or alterations may pose serious safety risks that could lead to injury or death.
  • SPADES eBikes is an online store only. On the rare occasion you will need assistance with your bike you can contact us via support@spadesebikes.com.au or please submit a Warranty Claim for any manufacturers faults, defects and/or failure.
  • Alternatively you can contact your local bike shop for assistance with repairs and we can provide the replacement parts directly to them. Note: delivery of any returns, exchange or repairs of the defective product or parts to and from our facility and also any third-party service charges (e.g. charges for installing the replacement part in a third-party bike store) is the responsibility of the customer.
